1) Participants shall reach Wuhan Sentosa Hotel and check in on June 27^th, 2009. The registration includes: signing in, getting the related documents, housing arrangements and the reservations of return tickets.

2) Declaration: This conference does not supply engagement.

3) Language: At the meeting, Both Chinese and English will be used for communication. The simultaneous interpretation will be provided for the conference.

1) Wuhan Sentosa Hotel is a quasi-four-star hotel.

  Accommodation: the standard room (double room) will be 300 yuan a day, the single room 300 yuan a day. Participants shall pay the expenses themselves. Participants can check in when registering.

2) Please treasure the articles in the room. If the articles are damaged, you will compensate. All expenses in the room will be born by participants themselves. If you want any consumption, you must go through the procedure to the Service Desk in the Hall.

3) Telephone in the room is free of charge. Guide to the telephone in the room: A block： For Floors 4-9 , dial 60, then dial the number you need. For 10th floor and above, dial 6 then dial the number you need. B Block: Floors 4-9, please dial 80 and then dial the number you need. For 10th floor and above, please dial 8 and then dial the number you need. If participants need the local call or long-distance telephone, please go to the Service Desk for the relevant procedures. 

4) The Hotel’s Free items: broadband internet access and the use of the gym.

6) Other Circumstances: During the meeting, participants shall take care of yourselves and never leave it unattended. For the other matters, please refer to the room service guide or directly consult the Advisory Desk.

1) Please admit with your Participant Card.( The 13^th Sulfur Dioxide, Nitrogen Oxide, Mercury and Fine Particle Pollution Control Technology & Management International Exchange Conference). No Participant Card, no entrance.

2) Pay attention to your clothing. Turn off your cellphone or put it on the vibration position in case it may affect this conference.

3) It is not allowed to deliver any publications at the meeting without the permission of the organizing committee.

4) Get the simultaneous receiver by your ID card or passport and please return the receiver when the meeting is over (Get back your ID Card or passport at the same time).

5) The organizer has the right to change the Schedule or Activity temporarily if Force Majeure occurs during the conference.

6) Participants shall check out before 2:00 pm. If you check out after 2:00 pm, you should pay fees for a whole day.
